Preparations are nearing completion for work to form a new MOT Testing Centre at the Lincoln site of Andrews Car Centre. Working in conjunction with Lincs Design Consultancy of Louth and R G Carter of Lincoln, Sutherland Consulting are providing Project and Cost Management services, and are also acting as the Principal Designer.
