Asset Management Plans / Estate Management Strategies
The preparation of reports for the strategic management of single or multiple site property estates. The reports include a consideration of the location of the site/estate, the condition and suitability of the buildings and facilities, the repair, maintenance and operating requirements, and ways in which the future requirements of the client can be satisfied by the development, alteration or expansion of the existing facilities.
The effective management of assets has become increasingly recognised as a field in itself. This is an approach which could be applied to any significant site or estate, but equally, to a lesser degree, to individual buildings.
