Feasibility Studies
The consideration of schemes in terms of design and cost, as well as the proposed programme. Feasibility studies, or ‘Option Appraisals’ can also be undertaken where proposals are presented by Sutherland Consulting in accordance with a brief prepared by the client. Our reports include the consideration of all appropriate variables, including disabled access, compliance with the Building Regulations, fire safety precautions, as well as the practicalities in the operation of the construction project.
